HOME AUTOMATION OVER INTERNET


This project is for controlling your home appliances through internet.The system is connected through serial port of computer and this computer will act as a server.The System is provided a port with the help of Software made in Visual Basic and secured with password.
One can connect to this computer by using Telnet command following the IP of the server system .
There are 8 systems that can be switched ON and OFF through internet and the status can be known .The system is also equipped with a 16x2 LCD to receive the message.
